Technical Support Team Leader

We are looking for a bright Technical Support Team Leader to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.

Job Description:

  • Leading a team of Support engineers
  • Taking ownership of technical issues, research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
  • Recruit new team members as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven working experience in enterprise technical support (2-3 year minimum), preferably some experience as a team leader.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner, highly motivated and detail-oriented
  • High availability off hours
  • Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint – advantage
  • Possibility to travel aboard
